MetroMax for Manchester: Manchester Metrolink introduced a day ticket under the name 'MetroMax' starting on the 21st March. The ticket which is valid for unlimited journeys on the Metrolink system costs £3.00 (£1.50 half fare) and is available from 09:30 weekdays and all day weekends. At the same time the fare structure has been revised. See our Manchester pages for details.
