Historic interurbans to run on Cleveland light rail line:
The weekend of 26/27 July 2003 will see two historic American interurban
cars operating on the Cleveland. OH, light rail line between Tower City
and the Waterfront from noon to 18.00. The promotional event has been
organised by Greater Cleveland RTA to publicise the drive to find a new
home for the museum collection of Trolleyville USA, which is on notice
to leave its Olmsted, OH, site. The two cars to be used will be Chicago,
Aurora & Elgin 36 (Stephenson 1902) and 303 (Niles 1906).
